Onsite Check In will be held at Merrimack Soccer Complex, Soccer Central.
- Thursday: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Friday: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 6:15 AM - 11:00 AM
Required for Check-In:
· 5 copies of your state approved roster OR US
Club Soccer or USSF affiliated league approved roster.
· Rosters must include jersey numbers.
· Player cards for each rostered player and guest player as well as cards for coach and manager. Each card must be laminated and have player’s current picture.
· Medical release forms for each player and guest player. (not required to be notarized)
· Completed Emergency Contact Form
· “Permission to Travel” form for each out of state team.
Do Not Print the Game Cards Prior to Check In.
Game cards will already be onsite at the Designated Field Marshall Tents.
There will be a Field Marshall assigned to each group of fields to record the scores
