ONLINE TEAM Check-In is MANDATORY for all teams. No Exceptions!
(NC Fusion teams, please see directions at the bottom).

Teams MUST check-in using the SinC ONLINE CHECK-IN system.
There is a $20 non-refundable fee for using the Online Check-In system, payable to SinC. You can BEGIN Online Check-in as soon as your team has been marked "Accepted" into the tournament and your registration fee has been paid in full. However, you MUST begin by no later than 11:00AM on Tuesday - Feb 19, 2020. You must COMPLETE the uploading of documents to online check-in before 3:00PM on Wednesday - Feb 20, 2020.
Please do NOT wait to start OLC! Give yourself time for SinC to review and approve or, if they deny a document, give yourself time to correct. Waiting until the last minute can cause much frustration on your end. Using the Online Check-In system requires the ability to scan and upload photos or documents. You will NOT upload your player's medical waivers during online check-in. Instead, you will acknowledge that you have properly completed medical waivers for each player and will bring with you to the tournament.
BEFORE YOU BEGIN, please review the check-in requirements included in the document linked to the left. All documents are required for Online Check-In. You will know you have successfully completed Online Check-In when you receive your email from SinC stating your team is now "Complete". Please print the required documents INCLUDING multiple copies of your list of ELIGIBLE ATHLETES. This is the ONLY roster you can use for tournament play and a copy must be presented to the referees before the start of each game.
Online Check-In starts at your control panel or look for the green check box on the tournament's home page. Please do not start Online Check-In until all of your team paperwork is ready. Online Check-In can take a while to complete so do not wait until the last minute to start the process.

NC FUSION TEAMS:
Option 1: All NC Fusion teams playing in the tournament will be provided tournament approved rosters by the NCF staff/office. Teams will have to pick up the tournament approved rosters at the appropriate office. Teams will be notified when their rosters are ready for pick-up.
Option 2: Teams may choose to use the online check in option instead of picking up the provided tournament approved rosters. If a team chooses the online check in option, they will have to pay the $20 non-refundable fee but will not have to pick up tournament approved rosters at the office.
Please note that NC Fusion teams cannot participate in the tournament without a tournament approved roster. You must choose one of the options above.
Friday check in is not available for tournament check in.
