The Thunder Road Classic offers online check-in for your convenience.  You may also check-in in person on August 19 from 2:00 - 10:00pm at the Auburn Soccer Complex on Wire Road (click here for directions).  The required documents are shown below.

Documents Required for Check-In:
 
  1. 2016/2017 State Association Certified Team Roster (3 copies)
  2. State Association issued player pass for each team member with photo ID
  3. Coach Pass for each coach or manager that will be on sideline with team
  4. Individual Medical Release for each player
  5. USYSA Permission to Travel or Intent to Travel Form (if team is outside of Alabama)
  6. Tournament Concussion & Release Form (download below)
