Document | Team RosterPlease print roster. Official roster must be complete and presented at time of check-in. All participating players listed must have full name and date of birth. Any players not registered with Charlotte Independence for the 2021-2022 season may be required to produce proof of age (which could be copy of birth certificate, valid driver's license, or passport).

Completed and signed waivers will be required at check-in. Players will not be allowed to participate unless these wiavers are presented at check-in.
