Online checkin will be available beginning July 15, 2018. Checkin must be started by October 26 at noon (EST) and completed by October 26 at 5:00pm (EST). A certified roster for games will be available for download after checkin is complete and schedules are final. If you do not checkin online, and play anytime before 12:30 on Saturday morning, you must checkin on Friday night at onsite registration or utilize online check-in. Online checkin can only be completed if applications are paid in full

checkin on Friday night. Checkin on Saturday morning with prior permission will
be at the JFC Complex pavilion ONLY one hour before the first game. If you play Saturday before 12:30 pm, you must checkin Friday night or utilize online checkin. If you play on Friday night, please checkin 1 hour before your first game at the JFC pavilion.

Valid Team Roster with jersey numbers. No duplicate jersey numbers allowed - 2 copies
3. Proper Medical Releases from current seasonal year
Permission to Travel Form (USYSA teams only traveling on a state association roster)
5. There is a $5 charge for parking for cars and $25 for RV's at the JFC Complex for the weekend. The pass is good for all complexes. Please notify your team parents. Coaches will receive a free pass.
