Team check in will be upstairs at WRAL Soccer Park, ONE HOUR before your first game. Please come prepared! 

We will need:

5 copies of Team Roster/Medical Waiver signed by the parents of the players. 
You can bring multiple forms for people out of town.

Proof of age is not needed for team check-in, but please have them available at the fields in case an age question arises.
Proof of Age Includes: Copies of Birth Certificates, Copies of Passports, or Driver's Licenses (adults only).
