On-Line Check-in Requirements

In addition to the document requirements, please remember to manually key in your player ID numbers on the Participating Athletes and Coaches task.

The minimum information requirements are

• Jersey Number
• First Name / Last Name
• Birth Date (MUST MATCH PLAYER PASS OR ROSTER - MM/DD/YYYY)
• Player ID (from player pass card)
• Athlete's Team Status
  • On the team's official roster
  • Guest (from outside of team's club)
  • Club Pass (guest from within team's club)

The trash can icon is what you will click to remove an athlete should he/she become injured or otherwise can no longer attend.

There is a link to "Contact Support" if you have questions regarding the OnLine Check-in.  If you have questions that pertain to the schedule or any other tournament issues, you'll use the hamburger menu in the upper, left-hand corner of the page and click the envelope, then click the blue button to contact the event.
