The mandatory tournament release form requires a parent signature for each participating player, including guest players. This form must be uploaded as part of the online check in. Teams also have the option to allow parents to complete waiver online. For online access, parent email address must be entered in online check in.

| Game CardsGame cards with a list of eligible players will be included in the PACKET printed at the completion of online check in. Once all check in tasks are complete, the PACKET will be available.
Each team will provide the referee with a game card prior to the start of the game.
Referee records the score on the game card. A field supervisor or site coordinator will collect the game cards from the referee.
