Check-In Documentation
1. A copy of its official team roster, plus proof of age for all players rostered to play.
If your players are registered for the Spring 2019 season with a soccer club, and all the players are on the same program and age group, your age group state roster with be the best official team roster/proof of age in addition to individual player passes. If your players are not registered at the same club, or are in different age groups or different programs, please use the alternate team roster form on the documents list below.
2. A completed copy of the official Tournament Waiver Form (downloaded from the website).
3. Five copies of the tournament game card/roster, downloaded below. Coach of the winning team, or the home team in the event of a tie, is responsible for returning the game card to tournament HQ to be posted to the website.
Check-In will take place at the tournament HQ 45 minutes prior to a team's first game.
To print out your tournament roster/game cards, just click 'Log In' in the top right corner of this page and enter your log-in info. Once you are logged in, various functions related to our tournament (including updating the roster and printing game cards) should be visible. If you are a coach/administrator for more than one SIC team, you may need to choose the relevant team from the list to access the team's specific functions such as updating rosters, printing out game cards etc.
