Scott Fridley

The 2023-24 season marks Scott Fridley's 33rd year coaching Anderson University’s men’s soccer program and his 30th year as head coach.


He also has 33 years of club coaching experience and has taken his AU teams on 10 European trips. Anderson's most recent European trip took place in the Summer of 2022, which included travels to Germany, Netherland, and England.


Coach Fridley’s teams have won two regular season HCAC Championships (2000, 2004) and two HCAC Tournament Championships (2000, 2002). The Ravens have appeared in the HCAC Tournament championship game nine times, with the most recent apperance being in 2014. Fridley was tabbed as the HCAC Coach of the Year in the Fall of 2021.


The veteran coach’s players have been named HCAC First or Second Team All-Conference 96 times, and he has coached three HCAC Most Valuable Players.


Under Coach Fridley, the Ravens have been named to the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) National Academic Team 22 of the last 23 seasons, which has only been accomplished by three total men's programs in the country and two NCAA Division III programs. Anderson has also won the NSCAA National Ethics Award seven times, the only men’s program in the country to achieve this honor. In 2000, Coach Fridley led the team to a school-best 13-8 record and the school’s first regular season and post-season HCAC Championship and a top 10 final regional ranking.


A four-year starter in net for Anderson, Fridley still holds many of the school’s goalkeeping records. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business from Anderson in 1991. He minored in Christian Ministries.


Fridley resides in Anderson with his wife Wendy. They have five children: Aaron, Austin, Casey, Madison and Mason.

Jackson Schlemmer

Jackson Schlemmer enters the 2023-24 season in his sixth year as an assistant coach at Anderson University.


Schlemmer, a graduate from Anderson University in 2015, participated in the men's soccer program for three seasons. He has contributed time as a Camp Counselor since 2013 at the Anderson University Soccer Camps. Schlemmer is also currently the team coordinator for our high school camps.


While being apart of the Ravens coaching staff, Schlemmer is a teacher at Shenandoah Elementary School.


Jackson is married to his wife Carlee.

Bobby Holden

Bobby Holden enters the 2023-24 season in his ninth year as an assistant coach at Anderson University.


Holden particpated on the Anderson Univeristy men's soccer team between 2004-2006, as well as in 2008 as a goalkeeper for the Ravens. He currently resides in Greenfield, Ind.
