Bo Oshoniyi

Adegboyega “Bo” Oshoniyi (oh-SHAH-nee) joined Dartmouth in 2018 as the Bobby Clark Head Coach of Men's Soccer. He is just the 11th head coach in over 100 years of the program’s existence.


In his first season as head coach of the Big Green, Oshoniyi led Dartmouth to a 7-5-5 overall record and 4-1-2 in the Ivy League. The Big Green were unbeaten at home and improved as the season went on, closing the year with a 7-1-3 record. In Ivy League games only, Dartmouth led the conference with 14 goals and was second with 11 assists.


He followed his first season's performance with a 6-8-2 record, collecting three conference victories. They also battled Columbia to a draw in two overtimes.


Oshoniyi's third season with the Big Green was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and over the next three seasons, has posted a 13-26-7 record.


The Big Green went 5-8-3 under Oshoniyi during the 2024 season, improving their statistics in multiple areas. Dartmouth scored more goals, posted one more shutout, and recorded more shots and shots on goal from 2023 to 2024.

Prior to Dartmouth, Oshoniyi spent four years as the head coach of the East Tennessee State University men’s soccer team, winning back-to-back, regular-season Southern Conference titles in 2016 and 2017 with a conference record of 13-1-6 over the last two seasons. His record as a head coach at ETSU is 36-24-15, with nine wins this past season and 12 in 2016. The 2016 and 2017 Southern Conference Coach of the Year led the Bucs to their first-ever, at-large bid to the 2016 NCAA Tournament.

Trevor Banks

Trevor Banks joined the men's soccer program as an associate head coach in March of 2025.


Banks has spent the last two years as an assistant coach at Yale, overseeing the recruiting process and helping with the development of standout players. In 2023, he helped Yale win the first Ivy League Tournament title and earn a berth in the NCAA Tournament, where the Bulldogs defeated No. 19 Bryant, winning Yale’s first NCAA Tournament victory since 1999.


With the Bulldogs, Banks has mentored seven All-Ivy recipients, an Ivy League Defensive Player of the Year, one Ivy League Tournament Most Outstanding Player, five Ivy League All-Tournament Team selections, four United Soccer Coaches All-Region honorees, seven College Sports Communication Academic All-District recipients, and two Academic All-Ivy recipients.


Prior to Yale, Banks worked at Michigan Stars Football Club, serving as the head coach and sporting director. While with the Stars, he guided the team to a record number of wins in a season, led the league in goals against average, and secured the club’s first playoff berth. They also won the 2022 Independent Cup, the team’s first trophy in history.


Banks was also the first Division I head coach at Chicago State. In its inaugural season, the team defeated Northwestern for their first DI win. While in Chicago, he also assisted in the first season of the Chicago House Athletic Club of the National Independent Soccer Association.


In 2016, Banks served as an assistant coach at Brown before being elevated to associate head coach in February of 2017. He helped develop multiple student-athletes; one College Soccer News Preseason All-American (Jack Hagstrom), three United Soccer Coaches All-East Region selections, 19 All-Ivy honorees, one All-New England Freshman Team selection, eight Academic All-Ivy selections, and one United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-America honoree. He also oversaw recruiting for the Bears, securing two Top Drawer Soccer Top 20 classes.


While with the Bears, he worked as a technical director and coach of the 2002 Elite National Premier League team with Bruno United FC. He led the club to the US Club Soccer Rhode Island State Championship and the national finals of the US Club Soccer National Cup in 2019.


Banks also has coaching experience at Villanova, the United States Merchant Marine Academy, the Long Island Rough Riders, and Barry University. He began his coaching career as a graduate assistant at William Woods University where he earned his master’s in Athletic Administration in 2010.


Banks, a native of Carencro, Louisiana, earned his bachelor’s degree in communication arts from Kentucky Wesleyan College in 2009.

Alex Fetterly

Alex Fetterly joined the men's soccer staff in February of 2025.


Fetterly spent the last two seasons on staff at the College of Charleston, joining the Cougars in 2023. He’s served as the goalkeeper coach as well as heading up the Cougars’ recruiting efforts.


Prior to Charleston, Fetterly worked at Houston Christian University, working as the goalkeeper coach. He also worked as a student assistant/goalkeeper coach in training at Virginia Commonwealth University for a year and a half.


He also has experience with youth coaching, serving as a director of goalkeeping at South Carolina Surf, and goalkeeper coaches for the MLSEXT, ECNL, and Youth in Houston, Texas, as well as the ECNL and Youth in Richmond.


Fetterly played his college career at VCU and the University of New Mexico, earning his bachelor’s degree from VCU in Fashion Merchandising in December of 2022.
