Michelle Rick

Michelle Rick is entering her first season as the Oilers head women's soccer coach in 2022.


Michelle came to Findlay after serving as an assistant coach at Marietta College since the fall of 2019. During her time as an assistant, Michelle was heavily involved in game and practice planning, off-season training, recruiting, and fundraising.


Prior to coaching at Marietta, Michelle earned her master's degree in education from the University of Dayton. Before that, she served as a head coach at Ohio Galaxies Futbol Club in Xenia, Ohio for where she worked with high school-aged athletes, promoting the development of their soccer skills and fostering leadership and sportsmanship while pursuing progressively challenging competition.


A native of Beavercreek, Ohio, Rick played her collegiate soccer at Division I Wright State University. She was a four-year member of the women's soccer team. Rick was awarded academic achievement recognition all four years while at Wright State. She graduated Wright State with a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences in 2015, and a Master's of Education from the University of Dayton in 2019

Ian Graham

Ian Graham is in his fifth year with the women’s soccer program at the University of Findlay in 2022-23.


In his tenure with the Oilers, Graham has had a goal keeper named all-Great Midwest every year and one named all-Midwest region in 2019 by the D2CCA.


Ian, a Perrysburg, Ohio native where he was a two-time all-NLL player in high school, begin coaching at his alma mater PHS training both the girls and boy’s goalkeepers winning the NLL conference, sectional and district championships, as well as finishing a state finalist. Ian coached 4 all Ohio and 4 all Americans.


Prior to his coaching career, Ian attended Cuyahoga community college where he played Soccer and began his focus on becoming a Goalkeeper coach.


Ian, who is currently the Director of Goalkeeping and Academy Director at the Perrysburg Soccer Club, is highly regarded as one of the best Goalkeeper Coaches in Northern Ohio where he has played a huge role in developing some of the best Goalkeepers that have gone on to have huge success at the collegiate and professional levels.


Ian is the son of Daniel and Deb Graham. He lives in Perrysburg with his wife Beth, kids Gage, Tate and Addison.

Sierra Perry

Sierra Perry is entering her first season as an assistant women's soccer coach with the Oilers in 2022.


Perry spent the 2021 season as an assistant coach at Ohio Northern University and also served as a graduate assistant coach at Heidelberg University in 2020. While at Ohio Northern in 2021, Perry helped lead the Polar Bears to a 14-5-3 record and an appearance in the NCAA Division III National Tournament. The squad also won the Ohio Athletic Conference championship.


A 2020 graduate from the University of Findlay, Sierra was a four-year varsity letter winner for the women's soccer team.


During her athletic career, Perry was a senior captain, led the team to their first NCAA DII tournament appearance, and named a second team all-conference player.


The Findlay, Ohio, native earned an undergraduate degree from Findlay in Animal Science in 2020.
