Dustin Wise

2023 will be the first season for Coach Dustin Wise at Frederick Community College but his third season in Region 20 and the Maryland JUCO Conference after previously serving as the Head Coach at Allegany College of Maryland.


Tasked with the difficulty of bringing a defunct program back following the COVID shutdown and a two-year hiatus prior to the pandemic, Coach Wise worked with an undermanned roster in 2021 to field their first team since 2018. Although the results did not come, the foundation had begun to take shape, and recruiting was a focal point for the 2022 campaign. The 2022 roster featured six international players, two of whom had featured for their national teams at the youth levels and a slew of players from across the country. Allegany showed incredible progress and posted a +78-goal differential from the season before, one of the best year-to-year turnarounds in the country.


Prior to coaching at Allegany College of Maryland, Coach Wise was the Head Men’s Soccer Coach at Central Penn College in 2019 and 2020, where he recruited and coached the program’s first USCAA Academic All-American and All-American Honorable Mention. Unfortunately, due to the COVID pandemic, the 2020 season was canceled.


Professionally, Coach Wise served in the United States Air Force from 2011-2017, where he spent three years stationed in Germany and three years in Northern California. While stationed in Germany, he played for a local team called Tus Landstuhl SV. During his time serving in California, he volunteered as an assistant at Yuba College, a junior college. Following his enlistment in the military, he moved back to Pennsylvania, where he began working in the front office for the Harrisburg City Islanders of the USL before the team dissolved in 2019.


Coach Wise has obtained the National Diploma and Goalkeeping Level 3 Diploma from United Soccer Coaches, the United States Soccer Federation “D” License, and holds a Master of Science Degree in Sport Management from West Virginia University.


Coach Wise lives in Greencastle, PA, with his wife, Brooke, their two children, Nolan and Emerie, and their two cane corsos, Bella and Brasi.

Randy Jarrett

Coach Randy Jarrett began his soccer journey in his youth. He attended Boonsboro High School, where he played as a talented Midfielder. During his time there, he was fortunate to be part of a strong team that led them to the Maryland state quarterfinals in 2004. After high school, he pursued higher education at Virginia Tech, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science in 2009.


In 2011, Randy began his coaching career at the club level, working with various age groups, including boys and girls. His dedication and passion for the sport quickly led him to become the President of the Tuscarora Youth Soccer Club in 2012, a role he still holds with pride. In 2012 and 2013, he coached the McConnellsburg Junior High team, and under his guidance, the team achieved remarkable success, suffering only a single loss between the two seasons.


In 2014, Coach Jarrett took on the role of Boys' Coach at James Buchanan High School, where he played an instrumental role in leading the team to its first playoff run in seven years. Last fall, he continued to advance his coaching career by joining Allegany College of Maryland as the Men's Assistant Coach alongside Coach Wise. His contributions were undeniable as he helped the team achieve its highest record in over a decade. Additionally, Coach Jarrett played a pivotal role in establishing the college's first women's soccer program through his dedicated recruitment efforts.


His commitment to continuous learning and development underscores his dedication to enhancing the skills and knowledge of our players.


Randy is a devoted family man off the field, cherishing quality time with his wife and two children, aged six and one. He finds joy in pursuing personal interests, including exploring the realms of personal finance, indulging in auto racing, and passionately following Professional Football. Coach Jarrett, a self-proclaimed Virginia Tech enthusiast, brings a vibrant spirit to our soccer program.

Kori Gorham

Coach Kori Gorham joined the Frederick Community College Men’s Soccer Program in 2023 and currently serves as the Christos FC USL Academy.U19 Boys Head Coach is the United States Futsal Federation Men’s National Team Scout for the Northeast Region.


Coach Kori has seven years of experience coaching at the club level, one year coaching at professional futsal, and one-year coaching high school in Northeast Anne Arundel County.


In his role with FCC, Coach Kori will be working directly with the goalkeepers and the defensive side of the ball, serving in a defensive coordinator-style role.


Originally from Lock Haven, Pennsylvania. Coach Kori now calls Pasadena, MD, home with his wife, Christine. Together, they have three children, one daughter and two sons, and have been married for 24 years!
