Elliot Chadderton

Coach Chadderton came to Neosho after graduating from Drury University with his masters in Communication & Marketing. In his time at Drury he served as a graduate assistant and goalkeeper coach for both the men’s and women’s teams, working with 2 freshman of the year and three All-Conference selections in 2019. His team had five All-Conference Selections players in 2021. In 2022 his second year with the Panthers Chaderton's team won the KJCCC Division 1 Men's Regular Season Conference Championship and advanced to the Semifinals of the Region Championship.


Chadderton started his coaching career at Mary Baldwin University, a brand new program opening up at the Division III level. Chadderton started as a Graduate assistant with the program before his promotion to interim head coach for the remainder of the semester.


Coach Chadderton was born in Manchester, England and played for Manchester United's youth team for eight years. He also played for Barnsley FC for two years before making the move over to the United States. He played two seasons at Fort Lewis in Colorado and was twice named the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Week. He transferred to Chowan University in North Carolina and was a two-time all-conference performer in the Conference of the Carolinas, he also was a second team all-region player in 2018. Chadderton holds the school record at Chowan University for the lowest goal percentage average in a year at 0.88%.
