Natalie Dreyer enters her ninth season as head coach. In her first season, Dreyer led the program to the post-season. In 2016, she was promoted to Senior Woman Administrator and Compliance Officer.

Aaron Brueckner enters his eighth season as head coach. Brueckner led the program to the 2020 ASC Championship and was named ASC Coach of the Year. Additionally, he was named the USC West Region Coach of the Year.
