Dee Shivraman

Dee Shivraman has more than 30 years of coaching experience but enters his first season as Head Coach at Polk State College.


Shivraman has coached at the high school, club, and college levels. As head coach of Schoolcraft College, a junior college in Livonia, Mich., from 2006 to 2014, Shivraman guided the program to eight conference championships, four NJCAA Tournament appearances, and a remarkable 136-12-5 record.


During his time at Schoolcraft, Shivraman was a three-time Regional Coach of the Year. He coached six NJCAA All-Americans during his tenure. While coaching at Schoolcraft, Shivraman was presented with the Service of Excellence Award by the Detroit Police Department's Police Athletic League for the team's community involvement.


Recently an assistant for the men's soccer team at Johnson University, a National Christian College Athletic Association school in Kissimmee, Shivraman has been coaching soccer since 1993.


In addition to his extensive coaching career, Shivraman played professionally for more than a decade in Detroit. During the offseason, he coaches soccer clinics in the U.S. and Europe. Shivraman also runs a futsal (indoor soccer) program during the summer and volunteers his time with the Special Olympics.

Tawanda Kaseke

Tawanda Kaseke, commonly known as “Coach TeeKay”, is entering his first season at Polk State. He will serve as an assistant coach and Recruiting Director.


Kaseke is a highly experienced soccer coach with a passion for the game. Hailing from Zimbabwe, Kaseke brings more than a decade of coaching expertise to the table, having worked with players of various age groups and skill levels, from youth to professional.


Kaseke dedication to continuous learning is evident in his extensive coaching education. He has successfully completed 23 coaching courses, further refining his knowledge and understanding of the sport. His most recent achievement is obtaining the coveted Union of European Football B license from the Welsh Federation (UEFA), which showcases his commitment to staying up to date with the latest coaching methodologies and tactics.


Kaseke’s commitment to education extends onto his teams with Auburndale High School where he serves as head coach. Under Kaseke, the Bloodhounds have won the Academic State Championship, which recognizes the highest grade-point average in each classification, in four of the last five years. He’s guided Auburndale to two district title and five state tournament appearances.


Kaseke assumes a multifaceted role for Polk State; he is responsible for various aspects of the team's development. His areas of expertise include team training, player development, performance analysis, as well as organizing camps and overseeing recruitment efforts.


Prior to joining Polk State, Kaseke has made significant contributions to the soccer community through his coaching roles at various institutions. He has worked with Auburndale High School, Winter Haven Kicks, Auburndale Scream, and Swan City Soccer Club. He began coaching collegiately in 2013 at Webber International University in Babson Park. Kaseke is also the founder and director of football operators for Winter Haven United Academy -- a soccer club with a youth academy and professional development programs.


After playing collegiately as a forward, Kaseke graduated from Kenyon College, an NCAA Division III program in Ohio, with a bachelor's degree in International Relations, specializing in African history and Sociology. Additionally, he holds an MBA in Business Management from Webber International.
