Kathleen DeLitta

athleen DeLitta was named the Head Women's Soccer Coach at Rosemont College in April of 2021.


DeLitta arrived to Rosemont with significant coaching experience at the professional, collegiate, and club levels. She was named Associate Director of Athletics in August of 2023. Kathleen has spent the last two seasons focused on developing the team to build the program back up to be competitive in the CSAC and looks forward to continuing the challenge moving into the United East. Starting with increasing not just the roster size but the recruitment of talented new student-athletes who are dedicated on and off the field.


DeLitta was an Associate Coach for Philadelphia Lone Star FC, a team in the Women’s Premier Soccer League where she coached and trained players who went on to play for their respective National teams and some were drafted into the NWSL. Coach DeLitta is a coach and trainer for Rancocas Valley Soccer Club where she has led teams to conference champions as well as two New Jersey State Cup titles and Eastern Regional Finalist Presidents Cup titles. DeLitta spent nine seasons, from 2012 to 2021, at Rowan College at Burlington County as the Head Women’s Soccer Coach where she was named GSAC Coach of the year in 2012 and lead her team to Region XIX Championships and Finals. She also served in roles while there as the Sports Information and Game Day Coordinator, Athletic Specialist, and Admissions Counselor.

Kathleen’s other experience includes Youth Development Program Coordinator and Trainer for the Hamilton Wildcats Soccer Club from 2007 to 2014, Club Recreation Coordinator and Coach for the Burlington Township Soccer Club from 2009 to 2011, and Coach and Character of Champions Instructor for NextGen from 2012 to 2017.


In addition to her experience, DeLitta also holds a *USSL National C License, United Soccer Coaches Advanced National Diploma, and a Goalkeeper Level 1 certification as well as various other professional certificates. She attended American Public University where she studied Management with a concentration in Leadership.


DeLitta lives in Burlington, New Jersey with her husband, David, and twin sons, Aidan and Jackson. Her oldest son, Nicholas, currently serves in the United States Army while her husband serves in the United States Air Force.

Kaitlyn Atmore

Kaitlyn Atmore was named Assistant Woman’s Soccer Coach at Rosemont College in July 2021. She is currently in her eighth season coaching for Rancocas Valley Soccer Club and is the head coach of the 2005 and 2008 girls EDP teams.


In addition to her current coaching positions, Atmore was the Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach at Rowan College of Burlington County for two years and the Girls Varsity Soccer Coach at Pemberton Township High School for three years.


Atmore attended, played, and started for the Rowan College of Burlington Women’s Soccer Team her Freshmen and Sophomore years. While at RCBC, she helped lead the team to back-to-back Garden State Athletic Conference and Region 19 Championships, while also being named First Team All-Garden State Athletic Conference, First Team All-Region 19, and Most Valuable Player. After transferring to Wilmington University for her Junior and Senior years, Atmore played and started in all matches as the team’s center back and was named team captain and received the Defensive Player MVP award.


She graduated from Wilmington University with degrees in Business Management and Finance. Atmore currently holds a National D License while working to attain her National C License. She also has a United Soccer Coaches Goalkeeping Level 1 Diploma, USSF 4v4, 9v9, and 11v11 Licenses, La Liga Training Methodology Certification, and United Soccer Coaches 4v4, 7v7, and 9v9 Diplomas.
