Stuart Dick

Coach Stuart Dick enters his first season as fifth head women’s soccer coach in program history after being named in May 2024. The Scotland native arrives in Hoboken after a four-year stint at the University of Mount Saint Vincent.

Prior to arriving on Castle Point, Coach Dick spent four years as both a coach and an administrator at the University of Mount Saint Vincent. First arriving in Riverdale, New York in February 2020 as the ninth head coach of the Dolphins’ program, the squad compiled 33 victories and a .636 winning percentage, under Coach Dick’s tutelage – the most of any prior regime (when the school was known as the College of Mount Saint Vincent). During his time as a Dolphin, the women’s soccer program collected 12 All-Skyline Conference accolades and secured the first conference championship in program history on Nov. 4, 2023. At the time of his hiring in 2020, Coach Dick was also appointed the athletic department’s compliance officer and concluded his tenure in Riverdale as an Associate Director of Athletics.

Prior to landing his first head coaching position, Coach Dick spent five years as an assistant coach spread across stops at Yale, Fairfield and St. John’s. He first entered the coaching ranks as a graduate assistant at the University of Bridgeport.

The Ducks’ new head women’s soccer coach earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in sports promotion entertainment management from Northwood University in 2007, where he was a four-year member of the men’s soccer team and helped the NAIA school reach the national quarterfinals during his senior season. Coach Dick went on to complete his master’s degree from the University of Bridgeport in 2014.
