Brian Fallon

Coach Brian Fallon joins Webber with successful collegiate and club level coaching experience in the state of Florida, most recently working at NCCAA Division-II program Trinity Baptist College (Jacksonville, Fla.) as an assistant coach for both the men's and women's soccer programs while also working as the Director of Goalkeeping for the Florida Elite Soccer Academy (St. Johns, Fla.).

In his only season with both the men's and women's soccer programs at Trinity Baptist in 2017, Coach Fallon helped coach the Eagles' women's soccer team to a No. 1 national ranking at the end of the regular season while the Eagles' men's team finished as the national runners-up.

In his role with the Florida Elite Soccer Academy, Fallon coached a U19 women's team that was ranked in the top 30 in the state of Florida while also redesigning and implementing a progressive curriculum for the goalkeepers.

Before his time with Trinity College and the Florida Elite Soccer Academy, Fallon was the assistant women's soccer coach at Johnson University Florida (Kissimmee, Fla.) during the 2015 and 2016 seasons, where his freshman goalkeeper was awarded all-region honors and defensive player of the week.

During the same time frame as his position with Johnson University, Fallon also worked as the Director of Development with the Jacksonville Armada Football Club Youth Academy and Ponte Vedra Soccer Club (Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla.), helping his club finish as the number one team in the region and advance to the State Championship in his first year.

Lastly, as the Director of Coaching with the Florida Force Soccer Club, Fallon directly coached a U18 women's team to a No. 8 ranking in the state of Florida while also finishing second in the Florida State Premier League and first in the Region B Premier Division. This same team also won CASL, CDL Showcase, BSI Showcase, Florida Elite Invitational and the Adidas Elite Showcase of Atlanta all in the same year.

Erik Casterline

Erik Casterline joined Webber International University in February 2019, and he will begin his first season as the Assistant Women's Soccer Coach for the Warriors during the 2019 season.

Before Webber, Casterline worked as the Director of Operations for the High Point University (High Point, N.C.) men's soccer program, where he was a part of a program at High Point that in 2018, enjoyed its most successful season in school history finishing as the Big South Regular Season Conference Champions while also qualifying for its first NCAA Tournament berth and becoming the first High Point team to even host an NCAA tournament game. Coach Casterline and the rest of the High Point staff were named as the United Soccer Coaches Association "Staff of the Year" for the South Region.

Casterline graduated from Frostburg State University (Frostburg, Md.) in 2017 with a degree in liberal studies and a minor in communication. He was the men's soccer team captain at Frostburg.

After graduating, Casterline played professional soccer in the NPSL for Electric City Shock in Scranton, Pennsylvania. It was there were Casterline was again named team captain and was also selected as one of the top 19 players in the Northeast region and for the NPSL Professional Showcase in Los Angeles, California. Casterline helped his team advance to the first playoff birth in club history and best record in club history in 2017. Casterline also has professional soccer playing experience in Denmark and in Sweden.
