Brian Fallon

Coach Brian Fallon joins Webber with successful collegiate and club level coaching experience in the state of Florida, most recently working at NCCAA Division-II program Trinity Baptist College (Jacksonville, Fla.) as an assistant coach for both the men's and women's soccer programs while also working as the Director of Goalkeeping for the Florida Elite Soccer Academy (St. Johns, Fla.).

In his only season with both the men's and women's soccer programs at Trinity Baptist in 2017, Coach Fallon helped coach the Eagles' women's soccer team to a No. 1 national ranking at the end of the regular season while the Eagles' men's team finished as the national runners-up.

In his role with the Florida Elite Soccer Academy, Fallon coached a U19 women's team that was ranked in the top 30 in the state of Florida while also redesigning and implementing a progressive curriculum for the goalkeepers.

Before his time with Trinity College and the Florida Elite Soccer Academy, Fallon was the assistant women's soccer coach at Johnson University Florida (Kissimmee, Fla.) during the 2015 and 2016 seasons, where his freshman goalkeeper was awarded all-region honors and defensive player of the week.

During the same time frame as his position with Johnson University, Fallon also worked as the Director of Development with the Jacksonville Armada Football Club Youth Academy and Ponte Vedra Soccer Club (Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla.), helping his club finish as the number one team in the region and advance to the State Championship in his first year.

Lastly, as the Director of Coaching with the Florida Force Soccer Club, Fallon directly coached a U18 women's team to a No. 8 ranking in the state of Florida while also finishing second in the Florida State Premier League and first in the Region B Premier Division. This same team also won CASL, CDL Showcase, BSI Showcase, Florida Elite Invitational and the Adidas Elite Showcase of Atlanta all in the same year.

Bryce Follensbee

Bryce Follensbee has joined the Webber International University women's soccer coaching staff in March 2020.

In the fall of 2016, Follensbee started his coaching career as the assistant coach for the NCAA Division-II women’s soccer team. He helped the Tars to a record of 11-4-3 and secure a fourth seed in their region for the NCAA D-II tournament. Under Follensbee, five Tars were named to the NSCAA All-South Region Team with one being named to the NSCAA Scholar All-American list.

Follensbee returned to Rollins in the fall of 2019, helping the Tars to a record of 12-5-1 and a regular-season Sunshine State Conference Co-Championship. This earned the Tars the No. 3 seed in the NCAA D-II region tournament.

Follensbee started his college playing career at the University of Tulsa in 2012, earning multiple accolades such as Conference-USA All-Freshman Team and College Sports Madness All-Conference-USA Second-Team in addition to being selected to the TDS Top-100 Freshman list. In 2014, Follensbee transferred to NCAA Division-I Coastal Carolina University and in his first season at Coastal Carolina, Follensbee helped them win the Big South Conference Tournament and make the NCAA Tournament round of 32. In 2015, he helped Coastal make back-to-back NCAA Tournament round of 32 appearances. He finished his college career with 25 goals and eight assists.

Follensbee holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration marketing from Coastal Carolina University.
