CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Wilson College Director of Athletics Lori Frey has announced that Terrance Harris has been named the interim head coach of the women's soccer program. Harris most recently served as an assistant coach with the program during the 2019 spring season.
"We are excited to welcome Terrance Harris as the interim head coach of our women's soccer program," said Frey. "He has a tremendous amount of enthusiasm for teaching the game of soccer and has done an excellent job recruiting since joining the program in the spring season. I look forward to him continuing the upward trajectory of our women's soccer program."
Harris, a veteran of the United States Navy, was the assistant head coach at Penn State Mont Alto prior to his arrival at Wilson. He also has extensive experience coaching at the club and high school levels, most recently with the Liverpool FC organization in Frederick, Maryland. Harris was a standout soccer player in high school as he was the captain of a three-time state champion at Hereford High school and was selected 1st Team All-Baltimore County and second team all-state his senior season. He also represented the United States Navy in several friendly matches overseas.

Wilson opens the 2019 season at home on August 30 versus Hollins University.
