      COVID-19 Refund Policy:  In the event a team's participation in a Coast Classic Youth tournament is disrupted by a state or nationwide ban on travel related to environmental factors outside the Coast FA Youth's control, i.e. health pandemic teams will be refunded 100% of the team registration fee. Moving forward as of November 1st  2020.

      13th annual McDonald's Coast Spring Classic Myrtle Beach, SC April 24th & 25th. Historically we have 400-500 teams participate in our full side and small side weekends
       
      Team Entry Fee for 9v9 format $650 per team U10-U11-U12
      Team Entry Fee for 7v7 format $600 per team U8-U9-U10
       
      Open to U8-U12 Boy & Girl Rec, Academy, Challenge, Classic and Premier Teams 
       
      To participate in the Coast Spring Classic teams must book at one of our host properties under the Hotels tab. This is a stay to play event.

      COVID-19 TOURNAMENT GUIDELINES

      Please Note Coast FA leases each facility. Facilities may have different Covid policies that should be followed by tournament participants.

      Coach Responsibilities

      • Recommended if possible that the same coach work with the same team for contact tracing capability.
      • Recommended that only coaches touch training discs and cones.
      • Physical contact outside the game must be strictly avoided.
      • Recommended home team coach provide a sanitized soccer ball cleaned prior to the game.

      Player Responsibilities

      • Players required to wear masks prior to and immediately after games.
      • Players recommended to strictly observe social distancing when not in play (6-10ft).
      • Players wash or sanitize their hands prior to and immediately after game
      • Players are recommended to wash their clothes and bath immediately upon returning to their accommodation.
      • Players recommended to NOT share drinks, food, equipment or clothing at any time.
      • Contact outside of play (e.g. high 5s, hugs, etc.) should be avoided at all times.

      Parent Responsibilities

      • Avoid carpooling. Only members of the same family should be in a vehicle attending the tournament.

      • Parents should have hand sanitizer available for their children before and after each game. (Hand sanitizer provisions will be provided at the sports complex)
      • Parent recommended to remain in their cars during warm up activities unless directed by their team coach or club administrator to join the team at the field. If they leave their car for any reason (e.g. to use a restroom) they must wear a facemask and observe social distancing.
      • Parents will be seated directly across field from their team bench during matches and are required to practice social distancing. Please stand between the mid line and corner flag area.
      • Parents/spectators are required to wear face coverings while at the field during tournament.
      • Parents recommended to socially distance themselves from each other whenever possible- use of golf umbrellas are helpful to maintain spacing. Use of the touchline and the goal line for seating on your team side is permitted at the discretion of the team coach and the referee. 
      • PARENTS cannot sit wherever you want to sit. We need to limit contact for contact tracing purposes if necessary. 
      • Parents may not interact with the team during the match without permission of the coach.
