Venues are subject to change based on availability and applications received and may change prior to or after team acceptance.The Tournament Committee has the right to change any team, bracket or location prior to or over the course of the tournament weekend.

  Permission to travel is based on the state of the sanctioning association (North Carolina) not the field location.
  
  USYS teams from outside North Caroilna MUST OBTAIN Permission to Travel regardless of assigned venue. North Carolina teams DO NOT REQUIRE permission to travel for this event, regardless of venue.
