Staff has been out walking fields this morning, and we are pleased to say that games are on!
We will continue to monitor the situation throughout the day. Check back here for information.

REMINDER for Inclement Weather:
- Our goal is to keep everyone safe in the event of bad weather.
- We will also make every attempt to play as many games as we safely can.
- Lightning will halt play. In that event, players and families should go to their cars. DO NOT LEAVE. We will continue play as soon as possible.
- Look to Site Managers and Referees for details at your field.

U8 Update: We have evaluated all of the teams and applications and this email it to confirm that the game structure at this age group will only be 4v4. There were not enough teams indicating the modified 7v7 format to put that structure in to play.

It is with great pleasure that Fairfax Police Youth Club, a non-profit 501(c)3, invites you to join us for the 43rd Annual Father’s Day Tournament. The FPYC Father's Day All Star Tournament thanks all of our returning fellow recreation soccer clubs and teams and welcomes all new ones! We truly value your participation as well as your commitment to one of the areas longest running 100% recreational soccer tournaments!
FPYC Father's Day All Star Tournament is a recreational tournament hosted by a club with a 62 year history serving recreational soccer players and is run by long-time Northern Virginia youth soccer professionals supported by our hardworking and dedicated FPYC volunteers.
The 2025 FPYC Father's Day All Star Tournament "Early Bird" Discount - Get $20.00 off the registration fee per team when you register before May 16, 2025. We value your long-term commitment to this tournament and thank you for your participation!
The Father’s Day Tournament is sanctioned by the Virginia Youth Soccer Association (VYSA) for recreational and recreational All-Star teams.
- In lieu of player cards all rosters must be certified by their club administrator that the players are registered recreational players and have played during the spring season with their host club.
- Their host club must be affiliated with VYSA.
- No travel teams or travel carded players are allowed.
- Birth certificates and passports will NOT be accepted.

Medical Releases: The tournament is not requiring the upload of medical releases at the time of team check in.
- Instead, coaches will be required to certify that they are in possession of completed medical release forms signed by the parent and/or guardian and that the forms will be in their possession at every game.
- The form in possession by the coach can be a tournament medical release forms, club release forms or other generic release forms.
- If the club collects this information at the time of registration, the information may be included on the roster or a report that the coach keeps in their possession.
- When uploading the roster at team check-in please include a signed statement by the coach with the following certification:
- Medical Releases I certify that I am in possession of a medical release form for each rostered player that is signed by the player’s parent and/or guardian and will have these medical releases at every game. (Club/ Generic forms are acceptable.)
