      Check in must be started by April 6th.
      Check in must be finished by April 6th at 5:00 pm CT.
       
      Check in must be completed by the deadline in order to compete. Please allow for 24 hours from submission to confirm information submitted for online check in. Please do not wait to start until the week of the tournament. Check in will close the Friday before the tournament!

      • Please read this page in full once you've applied for a Snap Soccer event. All teams must finish OLC Monday of the event week.

        Things to know prior to starting OLC.

        Steps to OLC
        OLC Must be finished Monday prior to the event weekend!

        • You may not have mixed association guest players on your team. All players must be of the same governing body (USYS, US Club, etc.)
        • We do not accept US Club Rec rosters or passes
        • All Player cards must have photos on them
        • All teams must finish OLC Monday of the event week.
        • All guest players must have loan forms
        • All teams must have a carded coach at each game. PLEASE NOTE WE RECCOMEND HAVING TWO CARDED STAFF MEMBERS PER TEAM. 
        1. Choose your governing body.
        2. Add your participating athletes. 
        3. Upload your roster and link players from your participating athletes to the roster or their guest player form.
        4. Upload your player cards and link your players from your participating athletes to the player cards
        5. Upload the Event Waiver
        6. Upload travel permit (only needed for USYS teams traveling out of their region).
        7. Initial you will have Medical Releases on site.
