Thank you for registering for the Oak City Friendlies and taking on team manager's responsibility. We understand being a team manager is a thankless and time consuming task so we've put together a checklist for you to help make your tournament experience great!
|1. Book hotel rooms our hotel partner, Anthony Travel
All teams must book hotels through Anthony Travel to comply with our Stay to Play Policy. Hotel assignments will be made on a first come, first serve basis. Teams are eligible for housing as soon as they have registered.
Teams found to be in violation of the Stay to Play requirement are subject to disqualification without refund of their entry fee and will jeopardize their participation in future tournaments.
|2. Prepare documents for Online Check-In
Original Team Roster.
Current and completed Medical Release Forms: Each player must have a current medical release form to play in our tournament.
US Club Teams - each player must have a US Club Medical Waiver form. Only the US Club medical forms will be accepted for US Club teams per US Club rules.
Current laminated player passes for all players and coaches: Please note - player cards from USYS and US Club may not be mixed.
Notification to Travel Form: All USYS teams need Notifications to Travel forms from their state association. Only teams from North Carolina are excluded from turning in the Notification to Travel form.
Guest Player Documentation: If you have guest players on your team must upload the following:
2018-2019 Completed Guest Player Roster from your state organization. If your guest player is from out of state, you will also need the completed interstate permission form.
Current Medical Release form completed with your team information.
2018-2019 Laminated Player Pass if your team is a USYS team, the guest player pass must also be a USYS laminated player pass.
US Club Player Loan Form (US Club teams only). The guest player must have a US Club laminated player pass. Guest player must also have a completed and signed US Club Medical Waiver form.
|3. Team Check In: Online Only
Team check-in will be online check-in ONLY and must be completed by the deadline date listed on the tournament home page. There is a $20 non-refundable fee to complete online check-in. The process cannot be started until your team is accepted.
**PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DEADLINE TO ADD GUEST PLAYERS IS THE SAME AS THE ONLINE CHECK-IN DEADLINE. GUEST PLAYERS CANNOT BE ADDED AFTER THE ONLINE CHECK-IN DEADLINE. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.**
THERE WILL BE NO ON-SITE TEAM CHECK-IN AVAILABLE.
