TEAM CHECK-IN INFO:
Teams are encouraged to Check-In online:
Check-in will be available Saturday at the park starting at 7:00am. Saturday check-in should be completed one hour before your first game or 1PM on Saturday, whichever is EARLIER.
Bring the following required items to check-in:
1. Three (3) computer generated rosters with uniform numbers (USYSA or US Club) (2 copies for the event to keep). Teams are not allowed to have mixed passes (All USYSA or US Club per team)
2. Laminated players passes
3. Medical Release forms
4. Guest player forms (completed) for the event to keep
5. "Permission to Travel" from state association if traveling from outside of Florida (USYSA only)
