      A coach or manager will check-in at the Headquarters Tent when they arrive at the fields. Make sure you have your player passes and medical release forms for each player. The coach or manager will receive the game card for the Championship Match at check-in. Players do not need to check in at the Tent.
       
      Players will be checked in at the field by the Field Marshal or Referee. Player passes must be available at the fields. At the conclusion of your match, both teams will proceed to the Awards Tent to receive their awards. All team members of the Championship and Runner-up team will receive medals.
