After careful consideration, we have decided not to enforce a Stay-to-Play policy for this tournament. The decision was made due to the high level of competition in the area and the limited availability of hotels. Additionally, many of the hotels offering rooms during this event have set high rates due to other events and competitions taking place that weekend. Given these circumstances, we are unable to provide the same value in accommodations as we do for other tournaments, which is why we chose not to impose the Stay-to-Play policy.

 

Though the event is not considered a Stay-to-Play, we still have secured a group block at the Hampton Inn Danville to offer discounted hotel accommodations for the teams traveling in. The Hampton Inn Danville is offering a $169 rate for the Southside Recreation Cup with both breakfast and parking included.
