         March 13-14, 2021

      Welcome to the 2021 St. Patrick’s Day Cup and Columbia, SC!

      South Carolina United FC (SCUFC) is now accepting applications for the 21st Annual St Patrick's Day Cup.

      Payments will be accepted once the teams are accepted.

      We are pleased to have your team with us for the St Patrick's Day Cup!  

       

      REFUND POLICY

      • Once a team is accepted, there will be NO REFUNDS unless the games are canceled.
      • If SCUFC has to cancel the tournament BEFORE any games are played, we will refund 100% of the registration fee.
      • If SCUFC has to cancel games once the tournament has started, the tournament committee will determine a prorated fee/credit depending on the number of games played.
       
      SCUFC TOURNAMENT COVID PROTOCOL
      In an effort to provide as safe and enjoyable environment as possible during the global pandemic we have made some slight adjustments to our tournament procedures. This year we have decided to have no small-sided games at our flagship complexes of Southeastern Freight Lines Soccer Center and SCUFC West Complex, which should lower the total amount of people in the complexes at any given time. We have also staggered game times at each respective complex, which should help with parking and traffic flow.  In the same spirit, we ask that you try and arrive no earlier than 40 minutes prior to your team’s kick-off times. In another effort to adhere to social distancing, we have closed our bleachers for fans, so please be sure to bring your own personal lawn chairs.
       
      SCUFC COVID-19 Field Protocols
      Our club has created protocols to keep all players, coaches, and spectators safe. 
      Below is what you need to know when you are visiting our fields:
      • Please wear a mask/face covering while inside the complex at all times. 
      • Spectators are asked to adhere to social distancing guidelines and space yourselves the recommended 6 feet apart.
      • When possible players and spectators from the same team will be seated on the same side of the field. However, when field layouts prohibit this from occurring, alternate guidelines will be put into place, including allowing spectators to be positioned behind the end lines of the fields. 
      • ALL bleachers are CLOSED, so please do not forget to bring your own chair for sitting. 
      • No team benches (pop-up or metal) will be allowed.
      • No tents allowed.
      • Please do not let children wander around the complex unsupervised during the games. 
      • Spectators should remain in the car until 10 minutes before Kick Off.
      • No community hydration stations will be available, so please be sure to bring adequate hydration.

      • We are a tobacco-free and alcohol-free facility 
      • No Pets allowed 
      • No climbing or hanging on goals

    • Tournament Housing Requirement
      Thank you for joining us for the St. Patrick's Day Cup. To insure the quality of service provided at our tournaments, South Carolina United FC has partnered with THE TOURNAMENT OFFICE as the official Hospitality Liaison for the tournament.

      All teams needing accommodations are REQUIRED to book hotel reservations through THE TOURNAMENT OFFICE to insure their place in the St Patrick's Day Cup. Any teams that do not comply will be at risk of forfeiting their acceptance.
