      1. Use the Weather Line if it is storming. The park is owned by the City of Winston Salem and the Director of Parks & Rec will make the final determination on whether the fields are available for any game, not Triad Elite Staff or the Tournament Directors!

      Dial the Weatherline at 336-791-0867

      2. If the weather is questionable and you are on the pitch, please listen for the HORN indicating that the fields need to be evacuated immediately. The Tournament Directors will award the game to the team leading when the game is called. If no score has occured, a tie will be recorded.

      3. No refunds will be provided if weather cancels the tournament. Full games will not be rescheduled, but shortened games may pick up later in the day if it clears up. PLEASE ADD YOUR PHONE NUMBER TO RECEIVE TEXT MESSAGES!
