      WELCOME

      Baton Rouge Soccer Club invites all U11- U19 competitive & recreational teams to compete in the upcoming OLOL Children's Hospital United Cup Soccer Club being held on September 28-29, 2019.
      175 Boys & Girls Teams entered the 2018 United Cup Tournament!
       

      ENTRY DEADLINE IS: FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 6, 2019

      (Teams entered after the entry deadline may be placed on a waitlist)


      FORMAT

      U9   7v7 format (Festival Format: teams will play two games on Sunday) $150.00 Entry Fee
      U10  7v7 format (Festival Format: teams will play two games on Sunday) $150 Entry Fee

      U11  9v9 format (30 min halves)
      U12  9v9 format (30 min halves)
      U13-U19 11v11 format (35 min halves)

      FREE GOLF CART

      Clubs that enter ten (10) or more teams will have access to 1 Golf Cart for Director or designated club representative. Ten teams must be registered prior to the entry deadline.
       
      Check In
      U11 - U19 Teams -
      All teams are required to check in, unless you are local to Baton Rouge and would like to check in at the office on 9/24-25 during office hours.
            Deadline to start team check in - Friday, 9/20/19 @ 1PM
            Deadline to finish team check in - Wednesday, 9/25 @ 1PM
       
      U9 & U10 Festival Teams -
      You do not have to check in on line.  Email your office roster to Kay Briggs on or before, Wednesday, 9/25 @ 1PM.  The roster will be approved and emailed back to the team representative.  Each team will provide an approved roster to the referee before each game.

      HOTELS

      This is a "stay to play" tournament.  Teams entered in the Festival (U9 or U10) are not required to stay overnight. Please follow the link below to set up your hotel stay with CSTT.

      PARKING

      Pre Purchased Weekend Parking Pass: $5.00 per vehicle
      -Parking Passes must be purchased by Team Manager/Coach by Monday, September 23rd
      -Parking Passes will be mailed to Team Manager/Coach within 24 hours of purchasing.
      -Parking Passes may also be purchased at the BRSC Office for $5.00 beginning Tuesday, September 17th
      -BRSC accepts Visa and Mastercard only
      - Ask for Kay or Hannah to complete the transaction

      Weekend Parking Passes Passes purchased on-site will cost: $10.00 (Cash only)
      - Parking passes will be sold at both entrances to Burbank
       
      We will use the same parking traffic flow as we did at the 2019 Red Stick Tournament, click below to see:

      TRAFFIC FLOW

      Traffic flow will be- "RIGHT-hand turns only IN and OUT of the Burbank Soccer Complex" at both entrances/exits. Traffic will flow BOTH ways in the complex. 
      THERE WILL BE NO LEFT TURNS COMING INTO OR OUT OF BURBANK DURING THE TOURNAMENT. 
      There will be police units blocking the left turn lanes on Burbank Drive. This Parking Schematic was used at the 2019 USYS South Regionals and 2019 Red Stick Tournament and worked extremely well.
       
      Please use Bluebonnet Blvd. to come into the complex. If you come in via Siegen Lane you will need to pass up the complex and make a U-turn closer to Bluebonnet.
       
      First Entrance (see map) will be the fastest way to fields: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15, 18, 19, 20
      Second Entrance (see map) will be the fastest way to fields: 6, 11, 12, 16, 17, 21, 22, 23, 24

      REGISTRATION / NOTICE

      ***The Tournament Committee seeds each team based on gender, playing level, age group, and tournament experience. To assist with proper seeding and to expedite your application, please complete all of the information requested. Your application cannot be considered without providing this information. 
      Teams are registered on a first-come, first-served basis based on current playing level. If we are unable to assemble a competitive four-team bracket in your division, you will be contacted to discuss your options. Full refunds will be given to teams withdrawing before the Application Deadline Date listed above. No refunds will be given after that date unless your Division does not materialize. If your team is not accepted, your entry fee will be promptly refunded in full. Once your team is accepted in the tournament, your entry fee will be forfeited if you withdraw after the deadline date. No refunds, partial or in full, will be paid because of matches canceled or shortened due to inclement weather.
