      It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that teams use online check-in.
       
      If you choose not to do online check-in, in person check-in will take place on Friday, May 15th from 4pm-7pm at Grizzard Park.  Below are the documents you will need:
       
      1)  2 Copies of Official State Roster (1 will be kept by Tournament Staff)
      2)  Player Passes
      3)  Medical Release Forms
      4)  Tournament Liability Waiver Signed by each parent
      5)  Out of State Travel Permit (If Applicable)
      6)  5 Printed Copies of Tournament Game Cards (will be approved/signed by tournament staff)
