The total software cost is determined by the number of teams in your event.
If the price per team is less than the minimum, the event minimum applies.
The cost for insurance is $1.00 per accepted team.

Collecting Payments

We are integrated with a number of different payment processors including: PaySimple, PayPal, TSYS, Authorize.net, Braintree, PayEezy and Cyber Source. If you have an account already, you are all set.

If you don't have an account yet, we highly recommend PaySimple since the on-boarding process is simple, the fees are low and due to our relationship with them, we can do more to help.

Hotels

Providing hotels to your teams is a great way for your event to earn some additional revenue. We've partnered with Lucid Travel because they make the process super simple.

Event Cancellation Insurance

Insurance covers the per team fee paid to SincSports should your event get cancelled and no games are played (more details).
The cost to add insurance is: $1.00 per team


Online Check-in

Our Online Check-in system has revolutionized the check-in process for events; particularly since COVID. Teams can elect to pay the $20 fee to complete their check-in online and our staff will review and approve all documents to ensure you are 100% compliant with your associations rules/requirements.
Even better: you will receive a credit towards your software cost for every team that elects to do Online Check-in.

Each director is unique and we want to do our best to support everyone. If the 1 hour of training to use the system is not sufficient, we are happy to provide additional phone or webinar training at $75/hour. As always we provide unlimited support via our email and ticket systems.

Services

For use of the SincSports web-based system for your events. The services include all of the features available: Individual tournament websites for each event which will include: online registration, online payment, scheduling, college recruiting services, etc.

Payment and Terms

The base price of the website is $500.00 which includes 50 teams. Additional teams over the 50 included teams, will cost an additional $10.00 per team. Teams are counted once they are accepted and are not removed from the count if they drop for any reason. All charges will be due whether or not the tournament takes place unless cancellation insurance is selected.

Balance due within ten days after the event.

Invitations

You may send out custom invitations to the appropriate teams in our database as part of the package at a cost of $0.02 per recipient.

Insurance

Cancellation 'insurance’ has been selected at a cost of $1.00 per team. If the cancellation insurance deposit is and paid with 10 days of signing the contract, and the tournament is completely canceled for any reason (NO games are played), the cost will be $1.00 times the number of included and additional teams plus the fees for any invitations sent.

Other

You may choose to have a custom url address point to your site.  There is a $25.00 setup fee and an annual fee of $25.00 for this service.

Referee administration and scheduling services are available for an additional $2.00 per team.

The tournament package includes College recruiting services and ranking services to aid with seeding. No other Registration service, Scheduling service, College recruiting service, ranking service may be linked to or promoted on the web site.

Website setup

We will work with you and your staff to get the websites setup the way you like.  We will initialize the sites with standard text.  You will have the ability to change the text on any site, but it makes for a good starting point.

Training

We will work with you and your staff to make sure they are trained on how to use the system.  The number of staff that we work with directly should be limited, however you can have as many members as you would like working with the system.

Support

We like to make ourselves available to support you and your system as much as we can.  We have created four support levels to provide you with the best support possible.

Regular Support hours – we are available by email or phone at 877-SINCVIP (877-746-2847) Monday thru Friday from 9:00 AM ET to 5:00 PM ET

Extended Support hours – our help desk is monitored Monday thru Friday from 9:00 AM ET to 9:00 PM ET and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM ET to 5:00 PM ET.  We do not provide phone support during these hours, however, our support team will support you via help tickets opened via the event sites or by emailing vipSupport@sincsports.com.

Scheduled Support hours – pre-scheduled support is available 24x7, however, it must be arranged in advance. We make ourselves available to you at almost any time in case you don’t have time during the normal work day and you need training or to discuss the website.  We cannot guarantee that we are available at all hours for extended support so we require that you schedule a time with us during regular support hours so we can make ourselves available to you.

Emergency Support hours – 24x7 - this covers situations that are actual emergencies; the website goes down, you get errors on pages, you in the middle of your event and an emergency comes up that you can’t handle or you need our help to keep your event running smoothly.  If we are not able to answer the phone immediately, we will return your call as quickly as possible, normally within minutes.

FORCE MAJEURE: Neither party shall be responsible for failure to perform this contract if circumstances beyond their control, including, but not limited to; acts of God, governmental authority, or war in the United States that makes it illegal or impossible to meet the terms of the agreement. 
AGREEMENT: This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.
