2013 Alpharetta Ambush Academy Cup

Boys and Girls Academy Tournament – February 9 & 10, 2013

Come join us for a pre-season weekend of great soccer at the Alpharetta Ambush Academy Cup! Register early and be part of our first Academy Cup. Participation will be limited to 16 teams per age group so sign up early and reserve your spot. The Ambush Academy Cup will be an annual event each February that signals the end of winter and the beginning of another exciting spring season! Registration deadline is January 30, 2013.

Boys and Girls Academy Teams U9 - U12 at all levels of play are welcome.

U12 will play 8 v 8 and 11 v 11.

Games will be played in Alpharetta & Milton, GA at 3 venues:

Webb Bridge Park, 4780 Webb Bridge Rd., Alpharetta, GA 30005

and

Alpharetta North Park, 13450 Cogburn Rd., Alpharetta, GA 30004

and

Kings Ridge Christian School, 2765 Bethany Bend, Alpharetta, GA 30004 (Football Stadium)

Field turf and natural grass fields will be utilized for the tournament.

Forms needed for team check in are as follows:

Release of liability (1 copy) - located in the documents section of this website. Use Ambush form only.

Official State roster (1 copy) - 2012/2013 (Hand write guest players at the bottom of roster including jersey numbers)

Player passes - 2012-2013 valid player passes. (Guest players must have player passes also. View only.

Medical release forms - for review only. Current team/club medical release forms acceptable.View only.

Guest player form (1 copy) - Use Ambush form only and use only if your team is using guest players. Maximum of three.

Permission to travel/intent to travel for out of state teams (1 copy)

Five (5) copies of your game scorecards located in the documents section of this website.

Forms will be available for download upon acceptance of each team.

Tournament T-Shirts will be available at each venue. King Ridge Venue is immediately next to North Park. T-Shirt vendor will be at North Park.

Weather updates will be posted on the Ambush club website (www.alpharettaambush.org) and hot-line (678-297-6168) during the tournament. Updates will also be posted on the Tournament website during the tournament.
