Appalachian Fall Festival

FC Dallas TRI invites you to apply and participate in the Appalachian Fall Festival in the Tri-Cities area on October 1-2.

  • Tournament is for Travel/Competitive Teams. Recreation teams are not accepted.
  • Approximately 100 teams participate from 6 states.
  • Games to be held at the Eastman Park at Horse Creek Soccer Complex  and other Tri-Cities venues
  • Sanctioned by Tennessee State Soccer Association (TSSA).
  • All teams must be properly registered with their US Club, USYSA or USSF affiliated state organizations.
  • Three (3) guest players are allowed
  • Three (3) games guaranteed
  • Awards for winner and runner-up

FORMAT:

  • U9 & U10 play 7v7, U11 & U12 play 9v9, U13 – U18 play 11v11
  • Each team guaranteed three (3) matches on Saturday and Sunday
  • Championship games played on Sunday
  • Groups with five(5) teams will play a round robin (Four(4) games)
  • We reserve the right to combine age groups if necessary
  • We reserve the right to make changes as needed to provide a safe environment for all players.

ROSTER LIMITS:

  • U9 & U10            Roster Limit 12 Players
  • U11 & U12          Roster Limit 14 Players
  • U13 – U18          Roster Limit 22 Players
  • THREE  (3)  Guest players allowed

$425 (U11 & U12)
$450 (U13 & U14)

REFUND POLICY:

We guarantee that should the full event be canceled due to weather, we will refund at least 75% of your application fee. In the event of a partial cancellation, we will refund all budgeted expenses that were not incurred. We do not believe a tournament should make more money by canceling games than they would have made if those games had been held. 

REGISTRATION :
Teams should register at least one hour before their first scheduled game at the headquarters location of the complex at which their first game is being played. 

Acceptance letters will not be mailed.  Check our tournament website for a list of accepted teams, permission to host, field locations, tournament schedules and other tournament information.  Appalachian Fall Festival

Due at Registration

1.  State Certified Roster - 5 copies. Only 3 guest players.  Include player numbers on rosters
2.  Current USYSA player passes laminated w/signature & picture
3.  Medical Releases.  Tennessee no longer requires that these be notarized
4.  Permission to travel form (Out of State Teams only)

REFEREES:

We welcome qualified referees to apply to officiate at our tournament.  If you have anyone available to referee who will be traveling with your team, please have him/her fill out the referee application on our tournament website.  They may also contact Joe Kirkpatrick directly by sending email to refnjoe@gmail.com.
