Alabama State Games Event Check-In


Every team will be responsible for submitting all documents Tuesday at 12 noon prior to the event. The three documents are listed below.

  1. Roster - Click Here
  2. Individual Athlete Waiver - Every Player Must Fill out This Waiver - Click Here
  3. Proof of Age for each athlete.
    Roster
    This document will be your roster for the event weekend. Every team must fill this out.

    Individual Athlete Waiver
    Every player must fill out this waiver

    Proof of Age
    Any proof of age will suffice. You can either submit Player Cards, Birth Certificate, or anything else that has the player's name and birthdate included. You can mix and match.

    How Do I Submit?
    You will email your items to parker@snapsoccer.com. Every team will send only one email with all of the above criteria (Roster, Waiver, Proof of Age). Please include the below in the subject line.


    Subject line - "AL State Games - Team Name"

    You will receive an email response confirming your email was received.
