Alabama State Games Event Check-In


 

Every team will be responsible for submitting all documents Wednesday at 12:00pm prior to the event. The three documents are listed below.

  1. Roster - Emailed to parker@snapsoccer.com
  2. Individual Athlete Waiver - Every Player Must Complete This Waiver https://event.racereach.com/alagames-soccer/register then click submit.
  3. Proof of Age for each athlete. - Emailed to parker@snapsoccer.com

Roster

This will be your team's official roster for the weekend. You can use this template provided here, or your can send in your own version of a roster, but please ensure that all of the information that is specified on the template is included in what is sent in.

Individual Athlete Waiver
Every player must complete this waiver in order to play.

Proof of Age
Any proof of age will suffice. You can either submit Player Cards, Birth Certificate, or anything else that has the player's name and birthdate included. You can mix and match.


How Do I Submit?
You will email your proof of age and roster to parker@snapsoccer.com. Every team will send only one email with all of the above criteria (Proof of Age & Roster). Please include the below in the subject line. I will receive waiver receipts and verify with rosters submitted through the form.


Subject line - "AL State Games - Team Name"

You will receive an email response confirming your email was received.
