Recording Scores, Evaluating Referees and Sportsmanship

Coaches - 2nd grade and above, please use the directions below to log-in, report scores and evaluate the referee(s).

Score Reporting and Referee Evaluation:  All 2nd grade through High School teams (not just the winning team) are to report the score.

  • To report your score, go to the ASA web site>Rec & HS>Schedules & Scores.

On the next screen, click on Login in the top right corner.  This season, coaches must use the email address and password used to retrieve rosters.  If you have forgotten your password, click on the box "Forgot your password?".  Your  password will be emailed to you.  Go back to the SINC log-in page and log-in.

  • Once logged in, a page will open with your team information and a blue button on the right that says "View Team Tasks".  Click "View Team Tasks" and on the next screen, scroll down and click the blue "Games" rectangular button on the right hand side.  You will be taken to your schedule page where you will see the "S" in a pink bubble on the right hand side to record your score. Click on the "S" and record your scores.
  • After the score has been recorded and you click "Save", you will automatically be taken to a new page to evaluate the referee.  This information is used by the ASA Referee Commissioner to further the training of the referees.

  • After evaluting the referee and you click "Save", you will automatically be taken to a new page to rate the "Sportsmanship" of your opposing team.

As the referee is the official score keeper of the game, please confirm your final score with the referee before he or she leaves the field.  All scores should be reported within a few days of the game. If a game score is not reported, by either coach involved, within two (2) weeks from the completion of the game, the score will be entered as 0-0 and neither team will receive any points for the game.

Thank you,

Mary Bevis
Assistant Recreational Director
