Association Task : Select "Event Team"

Participating Athletes & Coaches Task :  Enter your players and coaches. You must also enter any student managers in the Athlete section.

Registration Fee Task : The following registration fees must be paid in full.

• TEAM REGISTRATION:  Your Team Registration fee must be paid in full by September 8.
• STUDENT REGISTRATION:  Your Student Registration fees must be paid in full by September 21. Student fees will be calculated based on the number of students entered on your team roster at the rate of $15.00/student. Any students added to your roster after a Student Registration payment has been submitted will require additional payments. 

NHSC Stay + Play Lodging Plan Task : Complete online 

College Profiles Task : Complete online. Make sure you update the player position for each student athlete who completes a profile.

NHSC Waiver of Liability & Consent - Student Task : Complete online

NHSC Insurance Confirmation Task : Complete online

NHSC Waiver of Liability & Consent - Staff Task : Complete online

NHSC Waiver of Liability & Consent - Organization Task : Complete online

NHSC Season Game Schedule & Results Task : Download form, enter information, then upload onto Online Check-in platform.

NHSC Team Medical Release Confirmation Task : Complete online

NHSC Eligibilty Exception Task (Optional) : Download form, enter information, then upload onto Online Check-in platform.

NHSC All Star Nomination Task : Download form, enter information, then upload onto Online Check-in platform.

Once you have completed all tasks, you will print your packet which will include 4 copies of your SincCertified Roster. One copy of your SincCertified Roster will be submitted to game officials at each of your four NHSC tournament games.
