The schedules for the 2024 RPS College Showcase have been released. Please read below. Thank you!
PLEASE READ ENTIRELY
Please do not text, call, or email the tournament director about schedule changes. Only completed requests using the form will be reviewed. Only the team manager or coach may make the request. Once you complete the form, the tournament director will review the request and will contact you with an update on whether it was accepted or not.
We do our best to alleviate all conflicts (Coaching and Time Constraints), but please note coaching conflicts and all requests communicated prior to scheduling take precedence.
This year, the schedules are very tight. So please be aware the odds may be slim if your request wasn't communicated prior to scheduling.
We encourage all teams to have a carded manager or assistant coach capable of warming teams up (or covering Sunday Games) as some coaches may be coaching back-to-back, etc.
All requests must be submitted by 11/29/24 at 1pm, any request submitted after that time will unlikely be approved as the assignor will begin their assignment process
