 LODGING GUIDELINES

• Reservations MUST be made at one of our approved lodging partners. We have over 25 lodging partners for you to choose from. See your event for hotel partners. Select lodging.
• Teams are required to book a minimum of 8 room nights per Team, per Division. If you do not need 8 rooms, please email us at playball@woodsidesports.com.
• Teams who choose to not stay with a lodging partner will pay a $750 penalty.
• Local teams/participants with a team mailing address within 75 miles of the complex are not required to stay with a partner. If you DO choose to stay, you must stay with a lodging partner. 
• If your team has chosen to utilize a rental home/condo lodging partner please contact Event Connect to make sure your reservations meet the minimum requirement, however, most do.
• Teams are prohibited from using a third party when booking accommodations (travel agents, Expedia, Hotels.com, etc) doing so will result in a $750 penalty fee upon tournament check in.

Need to block team reservations?

Single-team Organizations: Each team must book a minimum of 8 room nights, with a lodging partner.

Multiple-team Organizations: If you are bringing multiple teams from the same organization, there must be a total of 8 rooms with a lodging partner for each division playing.
