“The Evolution of Talent Identification & Development for the Modern High School Coach”

The design and delivery of this Special Topics Diploma addresses the identification & development of talent with specific emphasis on girls between the ages of 14 to 17 that high school coaches encounter. Included in the nine-hour, two-day diploma are presentations and practical match observations during the high school preseason tournament:
