If you are traveling from out of town and need a hotel room for one or both nights of the tournament weekend, you MUST complete the form below. Hotel rooms will be shared, or you can opt to receive a $75 reimbursement per room night you book for yourself.

Any referee traveling more 60 miles will receive a one-time payment for gas/travel if you work a minimum of 7 games over the weekend. You must complete the form below to be eligible for a hotel room and gas pay. Those traveling less than 50 miles will not be eligible for gas pay or a hotel.

Reimbursement for travel and rooms will only be provided if you complete the form below.
