Thank you for supporting our event! The Apollo Cup will be held at the Merrimack Sports Complex in Huntsville, AL.
The assignor for this event will be Cedric Thomas. Please ensure you register for the tournament and dcoument your availability. If you have not worked a tournament that Cedric has assigned, email him at cedricthomas@msn.com and let him know what age level you are most comfortable with as a referee and an assistant referee. If you are traveling from out of town and need a hotel room for one or both nights of the tournament weekend, you MUST complete the form below. Hotel rooms will be shared, or you can opt to receive a $75 reimbursement per room night you book for yourself.
Any referee traveling more 60 miles will receive a one-time payment for gas/travel if you work a minimum of 7 games over the weekend. You must complete the form below to be eligible for a hotel room and gas pay. Those traveling less than 50 miles will not be eligible for gas pay or a hotel.
Reimbursement for travel and rooms will only be provided if you complete the form below.
