Current and former ASA Youth Referees --- If you are interested in officiating at ASA Spring League games and you already have your ASA Referee Badge, please fill out the form below. Please indicate if you have a current USSF 8 grade badge to make sure you are paid correctly -- otherwise please leave "Grade" field as is -- Entry Level. Make sure to check the boxes showing you are available, and if you one of the Senior Youth Referees who are doing U11/U12, change the Grade to "7".
