    • STYSA would like to invite all teams to our 10th Annual STYSA Fall Classic. We welcome all teams 9U through 19U from the Gulf Coast area and beyond to attend. This year, we will have a Special Edition.

      The STYSA FALL CLASSIC presents the FC BAYERN TOURNAMENT TOUR 2023

      We are thrilled to offer this one-of-a-kind soccer tournament in partnership with FC Bayern Munich.

      FC Bayern, the German record-holding champions, will have representatives and coaches on-site to ID and scout the players. Some players from certain age groups could be invited to the FC Bayern Munich Academy Campus in Germany or to take part in the FC Bayern Youth Cup Finals in Munich. 

      STYSA is pleased to host this annual tournament in Hammond, Louisiana. The STYSA Fall Classic will take place at the Chappapeela Sports Park, conveniently located right off I-12. Outside food or drinks (players may bring water or sports drinks) are not allowed in the park. RV's are not allowed in the park.

      We invite your team to apply to the STYSA Fall Classic. Come join us for great soccer matches to start your season !!!

      Tournament will take place on August 18-20, 2023. A few local or nearby teams may play Friday Night games, but only if needed. Teams will be asked for consent before scheduling takes place, if there is a need to play on Friday. 

      9U-10U teams will play in a jamboree/festival format, but we prefer to call it a "Rumble". Teams will play 2 games, and they will be paired against different opponents in a fun environment. Games will be played on Saturday. Medals will be provided to all players participating in our "Rumble".

      Applications are available online, so register today by clicking the "Apply" button above. Once you complete your registration, you will receive confirmation that your application has been received. When we reach our deadline for registrations, we will notify the accepted teams.

      APPLICATION DEADLINE: AUGUST 8, 2023

      This is NOT a Stay-and-Play Event - you can stay at any of our local hotels and enjoy your stay

      Our event offers also FREE parking 

      Please note that some age divisions may fill up before the application deadline. We suggest you submit your application early.  The earliest received application and paid fee will determine order of acceptance.

      This tournament is unrestricted. Teams registered and in good standing with any U.S. Soccer Federation affiliate are eligible to apply.

            • COVID

              We want teams to feel safe in applying for the STYSA Fall Classic 2023 tournament. 100% of paid registration fees (less any credit card processing fees) are protected if the tournament is cancelled prior to the start of the event due to COVID-19 federal, state, or local guidelines.

              In the event the STYSA Fall Classic 2023 is cancelled due to COVID-19, teams will be given options to receive a refund of their registration fees.

              1. 100% of the paid registration fees will be credited towards registration fees for the STYSA Strawberry Cup 2024.
              2. Refund of 100% of the paid registration fees (less any credit card processing fees) returned via the method of original payment.

              If the event is not affected by COVID-19, the normal STYSA tournament refund policy will apply.

            • FC BAYERN YOUTH CUP

              The FC Bayern Youth Cup is one aspect of FC Bayern Munich's international youth and junior development program and aims to pave the way for talented U16 players to turn professional. After successfully competing in selection tournaments in their home countries, the individual players represent their country in the tournament in Munich and gain experience for life.  For more details please click on link below.
