Dear Coaches and Team Representatives:  As promised the tournament would communicate by today, Wednesday 28th.  
 
Our tournament committee has spent the last week searching a variety of weather models and gathering the most accurate and important updates we could possibly find for all participants and families.  The safety of traveling to Charlotte and home Sunday for players, coaches, officials, and families is our top priority.
 
We regret to inform you that due to severe weather conditions and concerns for the safety of all participants, we unfortunately must cancel the BOYS PUMA KINGS CUP tournament scheduled for this coming weekend January 31-February-1.  This decision was not made lightly, but the current and forecasted conditions do not allow us to safely host the event.   We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your understanding.   CSA is committed to providing a safe and positive experience for all participants, teams, and families.  We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this decision may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding and continued support.
 
Hotel information:
OUT OF TOWN TEAMS & HOUSING
All teams that have made their hotel accommodations through our event housing partner Traveling Teams, THERE IS NO NEED TO CONTACT THE HOTEL NOR TRAVELING TEAMS.  The housing partner is in the process of cancelling all reservations that have been booked through them, on your behalf.

The Tournament will be in communication by the end of this week with refund and/or credit options for future events.  Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
