      MANDATORY ONLINE TEAM CHECK IN
      Online Check In is required for ALL TEAMS. 
      A $20 fee must be paid to Soccer In College for this service.
      Online Check In must be complete by 5:00pm on Thursday, April 24, 2025.
      No exceptions. No in-person check in available.
       
       
      TOURNAMENT HOTEL POLICY
      The tournament committee requires that all out-of-town teams utilize one of our contracted tournament hotels. Teams that do not will be at risk of forfeiting their acceptance.  Rooms will be booked at one of our partner hotels that are committed to the success of our tournaments.
       
      Each team registering for the CSA events will be contacted by our housing partner, Travelig Teams, to coordinate their hotel reservations. If you have any questions regarding housing registration for your team, you can contact Traveling Teams at Corey@travelingteams.com.

      The approved Permission to Host includes roster size, guest player limits and more.
       
      Tournament is sanctioned by NCYSA as an UNRESTRICTED event.
      All USSF affiliates welcome, including USYS, US Club, USSSA, AYSO.
       
      Minimum number of games: 3
      Maximum guests, including club pass players: 5

      9 v 9: 16 players
      11 v 11:  22 players
      Game Length:
      9 v 9: 60 minutes
      11 v 11: 70 minutes

      TOURNAMENT REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
      Tournament entry fees are due prior to the application close date and are not refundable once a team has been notified of its acceptance into the tournament, except as noted below:
       
      If the tournament is canceled due to weather before the tournament begins and before any matches are played, teams may be eligible for a tournament coupon toward another CSA Tournament Series event, of an amount to be determined by the Tournament Director and Executive Committee of the Charlotte Soccer Academy Tournament once all invoices are paid and final budgets are approved.
       
      In the event a team's participation in a CSA tournament is disrupted by a state or nationwide ban on travel related to environmental factors outside CSA's control, i.e. health pandemic, teams will be refunded 100% of the team registration fee.
