Out-of-town traveling by Bus

Game Times
Please make sure games start on time. All fields have games running continuously all day—there is only 10 minutes allowed between games.
Games will be started and stopped at the same time with the sound of an air horn from the Main Tent.
Even if a game starts a few minutes late due to late-arriving teams, the game must end when the horn sounds.
The teams “on deck” can take the field as soon as the prior game concludes, but on-field warm-up time will be limited.
If a referee has not reported five minutes prior to the scheduled game start time, notify the Field Marshall so the situation can be resolved.
Athletic Trainers
An Athletic Trainer (ATC) will be on duty for all games to coordinate medical assistance for injuries.
EMS will not be on site.
Strongsville EMS will respond immediately. Please call 440.238.7333 if there is a serious injury requiring an EMS. We have set-up special arrangements with Strongsville Police and Fire crews to respond immediately when 440.238.7333 is called.
