Reassign teams between divisions quickly and safely. It highlights the correct workflow to move one or multiple teams at once, warns to always move younger teams into older divisions (players can play up but not down), and shows the exact tabs and dropdowns to use so changes save correctly.

1. Click "MASTER"

   

2. You must make sure you remove the team from its current seeding or it will be "stuck" there and the standings for the public schedules won't display correctly. Mark the checkbox(es) for the team(s) you wish to move (you may only move teams into one division at a time, but if you're blending an entire division into another, you'd be able to move multiple teams at the same time). When blending team divisions, you should ALWAYS move the younger teams into the older division, since athletes are permitted to play up, but not down.

   

3. Go to the "UPDATE TEAMS" tab.

   

4. Select the Division Age You Wish to Move the Team INTO.

   

5. This drop-down is for the division # within the age group. Select which division with the age group 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc., as appropriate.

   

6. Click Update Teams to save your changes.
